As of yesterday, the title of "Miss Teen Wanganui" will no longer be in the name of Olivia O'Neil. The 15-year-old New Zealand Beauty Queen was stripped of her crown and title because of a "bad dye job". The teen queen was spotted in photos with dark brown hair (instead of the blonde hair she had during the competition) shortly after winning the pageant. Pageant organizer Barbara Osborne claims that Olivia's dye job failed to maintain the appearance in which she had won the pageant, and therefore shall not maintain the privilege to keep her title.
