BCBGeneration invited us along to host our very own Braid Bar, where festival-goers could chose from the Braid Menu and stock up on amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo—a lifesaver in the desert heat!

Join amika at New York Fashion Week
SEPTEMBER 5-9, 2013

Style a runway-ready hair look inspired by your favorite designer for a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to New York City for the ultimate Fashion Week experience!

Join the amika team of stylists from across the county and around the world for a 5-day NYFW event! The jammed-packed schedule of all things beauty and fashion includes educational sessions, a professional photo shoot, and the perfect opportunity to mingle amongst industry elite at amika’s annual Pro Party. 

  

The all-access prize package for the top three winners includes:

• A round trip flight to New York City
• A five day/four night stay at a luxury hotel in the heart of Manhattan

TO ENTER: Select a designer and style a unique runway hair look for their Spring/Summer 2014 fashion show. Email a photo of your look to winNYFW@loveamika.com through April 30, 2013 and tell us all about your inspiration and how you created your style. Make sure to also include your name, date of birth and your zip code!

We will contact our top submissions on May 1, 2013 and send each finalist a customized package of amika hair care products and tools. Finalists will have two weeks to recreate their designer-inspired looks using the provided amika products, and must snap step-by-step pictures to show us how they achieved their styles.

We will post our finalists’ style photos to Facebook on May 20, 2013, and let our fans join in on the voting—so get ready to share your look with all of your friends once you’ve been selected! The amika team will decide on our two favorite stylists, while the third winner will be chosen as the FAN FAVORITE based on the stylist’s look with the most likes, comments and shares. Voting will end on June 14, and winners will be notified. The winning stylists will join us in New York City this September for an exclusive, all-access pass to experience New York Fashion Week with the amika styling team!
